Courtney will report to Chief Creative Officer Andres Nichols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCourtney is joining us to help grow our creative leadership and strengthen our ability to deliver awesome, campaign-driven work,\u201d said Andres Nicholls, Chief Creative Officer at Prophet.&nbsp; \u201cAnd honestly, the timing couldn\u2019t be better given the momentum we\u2019re seeing across the firm.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Never one to stay in her lane, Courtney has built her career around the power of creative problem-solving. Originally trained in design and architecture at the University of Texas, she began her career at BBDO as an art director before flipping to copywriting at McCann\u2014an experience that cemented her belief that great ideas can, and should, take any form they need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most recently, Courtney spent four years as a Creative Director, leading work for brands including Volvo, Verizon, FedEx, HP, SAP, Woolite, Qualcomm Snapdragon, SharkNinja, and Mobil 1.
