Tobias\u2019 recent work includes:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tCreating a fact base, plan and concrete concepts to drive the transformation of an industrial, engineering-centred organisation to become a consumer experience organisation with a digital-first marketing approach\r\n\u2022\tDeveloping and launching A program for a new industrial B2B product line including marketing, sales and training concepts\r\n\u2022\tLeading top management discussions to establish a purpose and values-driven approach in a large B2B player, which was then fully implemented worldwide \t\r\n\r\nTobias has worked at Prophet since 2007. Prior to this he was employed at Consart Management Consultants where he focused on the financial services sector.
