She has been instrumental in building and developing an exceptional workforce and guiding the talent organization through periods of rapid growth.  \r\n\r\nAfter graduating from Tufts University, Alix began her career at Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte), where she drove campus recruiting efforts and first realized the fulfillment of firm building through hiring. Following her time at Monitor, she continued her path in talent leadership as an executive search consultant in the Professional Services Practice at Korn\/Ferry International, the world's largest executive search firm.  \r\n\r\nAlix works out of Prophet\u2019s New York office and lives in Connecticut with her husband and son. She is a passionate advocate for disability rights and equality, volunteering and supporting multiple organizations committed to opportunities for the disabled.
