Nun bereitete sich das Unternehmen erstmals seit 20 Jahren auf die Einf\u00fchrung einer neuen Produktlinie vor und erkannte die Notwendigkeit, sich erneut weiterzuentwickeln, um wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen der Vorbereitung der Produkteinf\u00fchrung unterst\u00fctzte Prophet daher die BASF bei der Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Kundenprofilen, um darauf basierend das Wertversprechen und Launch-Konzept zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unsere L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Ausgangspunkt war BASF Coatings Wunsch, seine Kunden besser verstehen und die richtige Zielgruppe f\u00fcr den Produktlaunch bestimmen zu k\u00f6nnen. Prophet begann damit, Bed\u00fcrfnisse, Priorit\u00e4ten und Kaufverhalten der wichtigsten Stakeholder im \u00d6kosystem der BASF zu analysieren, um eine Reihe von Personas zu entwickeln. Diese Projektphase wurde durch Besuche vor Ort, zahlreiche Interviews und umfangreiche Branchenanalysen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes arbeitete das Team an der Definition der idealen Customer Journey, die den gesamten Kundenbeziehungspfad von der Bekanntheit bis zur Loyalit\u00e4t abdeckt, einschlie\u00dflich der wichtigsten Touchpoints und einer Bewertung des Status Quo.
